This company is not an ideal place for beginners. The work environment is heavily influenced by office politics, favoritism, and unnecessary competition, although there are a few genuinely supportive and professional staff members.
Unfortunately, the leadership lacks professionalism and respect for employees. The director(an arogante woman) often speaks to staff in a disrespectful manner and does not hesitate to publicly humiliate employees. The HR department is equally disappointing, showing little ability to handle employee concerns or manage workplace issues effectively.
