Pluspunten
I have worked here for a considerable duration, during which I gained experience in dealing with higher management and developed skills in handling micromanagement.
Minpunten
There is a lack of skilled management, and many employees feel pressured by the US leadership team. The DB team in the US often sets unrealistic goals, creating a stressful work environment. While they are hiring in Korea, they are reducing staff in India and often treat Indian employees unfairly, even scolding them during scrum calls. They closely monitor 8 hours of screen time, making it feel more like a school environment than a workplace. The workload is hectic, and the targets seem impractical. Employees are frequently intimidated by references to senior leaders, and there is a sense of workplace politics, particularly from the DB manager. The director is perceived as making misleading statements, and salary hikes are minimal compared to expectations—sometimes symbolically compared to just a "biryani packet." Additionally, some members of the DBE team lack professional communication skills despite receiving training, yet they continue to hold high-paying positions. Ironically, employees with less knowledge are sometimes offered better compensation packages than skilled workers.
