Mostly White top management. - The company has unsaid politics that get hard to navigate in a fully remote set-up. - Some managers do not communicate effectively. Unrealistic/unknown expectations. - Culture is in the grey. - Growth can depend on the team that you are in.

Great for career development & culture. I get to sell an amazing product & am surrounded by some of the smartest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Really feel like my leadership is interested in hearing my POV and appreciate that our product group can be nimble to support new ideas or enhancements quickly.

Minpunten

Sometimes have to get scrappy, but I’d much prefer that to a culture of unnecessary red tape.
