* Team is truly wonderful and even in a remote setting never felt a disconnect between anyone. * The mission is great. I got to see my work used by urban planners to defend or propose changes to street layout. * Plenty to do, lots of feature requests, lots of room for pure infrastructure development. * Lots of room to bring ideas to the table. Lots of room to plan and deliver a whole new feature or service. * Everyone on the team has a pretty high standard for themselves to deliever good work. * Even as a startup, work-life balance was incredible. * Sometimes difficult to analyze spaces for customers. This can be solved by hiring more analysists from urban planning backgrounds. * Like any startup there comes some existing tech debt. However, for the tech debt that exists, there is lots of documentation as to design decisions, planning, and usage of pre-existing tools.
