1. Kapil gupta CEO shouting abuses. 2. Micromanagement of the highest level 3. Bootlicking of highest level 4. Dirty politics of highest level by senior management and some bootlicking employees 5. Pray don't join 🙏 6. They shout at people on the floor openly for small mistakes 7. There is a senior employee who plays very dirty politics and is close to senior management. A snake in disguise.

The CEO is highly arrogant, frequently shouting at employees in public and showing a complete lack of respect for anyone. The workplace culture is dominated by a blame game. If you make a single fault such as posting wrong content, just once, you will be FIRED the next day. Have seen this very often.
