He founded the company, and therefore has passion, clear vision, and determination to continue to lead the company to new heights. Please keep in mind that we are a relatively small company, therefore his guidance can naturally trickle down to individual departments. At times, our CEO provides his help or guidance when he sees that a department needs it. He makes a sincere effort to help teams thrive. We have noticed that the majority of Glassdoor reviews commenting on our CEO’s management style show signs that they had some type of lapse of communication with him. Many employees have excellent relationships with our CEO because they have established a good report that is based on trust, respect, and consistent communication. In general, we have seen that employees who offer consistent communication, project status updates, thoughtful and well-researched proposals, and project follow-through often have the best relationships with him. This type of approach is often a good recipe for any work relationship.
