Throughout my career as a marketer in professional service firms, I've had the chance to work with several accounting and law firms. Often, the culture presented during the interview process doesn't match the reality once you start working. At ORBA, most people are approachable and show respect and appreciation for your efforts. I've come to understand that the few who are less approachable and appreciative often have their own struggles that influence their behavior.
