- poor management, no respect and communication with the employees - the level of stressful depends on which team you work with, some bosses are very lacking of operation knowledge - super toxic culture : senior levels only know how to push blame to the employees, not helpful and lack of guidance/training to new staff on board, upper management is not happy if staff going back home on time even their job are done. strongly required you to commit the company 24/7, define your level of hardworking based on the long hours staying in office, instead of employee performance. don't ever talk about work-life balance & mental health in this company, they treat it as joke only - minimal to none cooperation with other departments, no one is doing their job, often make mistakes and overlooked the instructions on task assigned and end up delayed the whole progress, multiple complaints and feedback has made but this old school company unwilling to change - lots of ad-hoc matters, undefined job scope
