Dear Reviewer, Firing aimlessly on an anonymous platform without a shred of evidence, basis or facts is an easy outlet for frustrated souls! We are wondering how we've been able to successfully run and grow the business if the management had "zero knowledge" in the technical and business domain. Also, we could not have run a commercially successful business model since 2003 if we had "no projects" as claimed by you. Unfortunately, you have had a negative experience at OS3 primarily due to your own negative outlook. During the time you were employed, the company executed a number of successful projects, which it chose to outsource for timely completion due to lack of basic intellect on your part, leading to failure in reaching milestones on time and also due to the regressive, opportunistic and callous attitude of certain team members like yourself. The joke is not on the company, my friend - it is on you. Also, the loss was yours, not the Company's! I also wonder why it took you more than three years to realise that the Company and its management is as bad as you have claimed. Does this not speak volumes of your inability to comprehend a situation and move on to another job? It is unfortunate that you did not find it necessary to discuss your issues related to frustration of a failed start to your career, and the piled up negativity with a psychiatrist or someone who could assist, and that you fearfully chose an anonymous platform to air your grievances and unfounded criticism of the company.
