Minpunten
Management treats their employees especially the Account Managers like a pair of socks. They will use the Account Manager to work their butts off and then fire them after they get the accounts for the company. This is their normal practice for the 7 yrs that I was there. I was lucky to last this long but not for the unlucky dozens of Account Managers. You can not trust this management here. They will tell you things you want to hear but WILL NOT deliver their promises. They think the relationships that the Account Managers have built is a walk in the park where the recruiters have the upper hand in the process. You will not go anywhere here in this company. Zero opportunity for growth and advancement. it's a dead-end job.
