- Salary and Benefits were great, at least for my office (I heard it's not true for evey office) - People are super friendly and super supportive. You can always get help from someone.
Minpunten
- Initial learning curve is a tough one, at least for me. - You will be on the phone with customers that has problems and you won't even know the product they are talking about, so be prepared for this kind of situation and stress. - Feels like a calling center and I found that it discourages making efforts on certain situations. - Career opportunity are narrow, don't expect too much.
