It's a compliant business, in crypto. From top down, it's a place that wants to do things, instead of playing politics or do things for personal gain or power only. I'm commenting the above as I've worked at other top exchanges, seen and heard a lot. It's not a place for everyone. But if you are in crypto, and you are serious about getting something big done. OSL can be the place. It's not for the faint-hearted.
