      - Fulfilling work - 6 on 3 off, rotating schedule - great systems in place for new hires to learn the ropes - staff seemed to care about what they're doing

      - required vaccination to continue working - somewhat tense environment depending on the day

      Learning organization, good supervision if you seek it, training, free meals at work, lots of access to nature, safety oriented culture in some ways, great experience and community, lots of recreation with children

      Risk of injury due to child/youth violence, management is not transparent about some important matters such as wage scale/grade and sometimes decisions until you ask
