Incredible culture; everyone who works here genuinely gets along with each other and there are no cliques - very much a "one big family" sort of feeling. Makes for a great professional working environment where everyone supports one another. There is a really talented sourcing team that provides a ton of value and support. They find great talent and help keep a consistent pipeline going. The company also invests in really unique recruiting technology/resources so you're not just stuck clicking through mediocre resumes on the job boards all day. They understand what it takes to stay ahead of the competition and are unlike any staffing firm I've worked for in the past. I feel like I've been set up for success here in a way that makes it impossible to fail.
