Pluspunten
Nothing positive to say about management and business practices, specifically the drafting manager.
However, I did find most of the typical non-management staff to be great.
Minpunten
In my experience, the Drafting Manager created a toxic work environment.
As well, staff employees (not contractors) were given very few paid hours, something unheard of for myself. This, combined with what I believe to have been an environment of poor communication and a lack of professionalism made this the worst place I've ever worked, by far. I would not recommend this company to anyone considering a drafting position.
I was hoping for a serious and professional environment, but unfortunately in my opinion it was a desperate atmosphere.
