Empowered to engage clients in a range of creative interventions. Opportunities to provide nurturance to extremely traumatized youth via an unusual model.
Minpunten
No clear opportunities for advancement, clients not showing up is normal and normalized, making productivity difficult to achieve and clinician time not respected. Unsustainable model. Tons of driving. Vicarious trauma with only lip service for how to guard against it. Excessive paperwork and perpetual justification required to serve clients.
