Lovely office, and nice people, plus if very easy to do nothing and work from home every day.

Minpunten

Incompetent and corrupt management from Director level down covered up across the board. Worst managers i have ever seen with few exceptions. Its not a place for a career unless you just want a pay check and to close your eyes to events around you. They have overspent their budget so don't expect any payrises.

Everyone in the office was kind and willing to help, which was great as an intern.

Minpunten

I had a very heavy workload and the staff was spread thin while I was there. It's more the fault of bad timing than the office itself though.

Poor progression routes, especially pay progression (massively delayed) Woeful tech integration — focusing too much on Copilot rather than fixing the basics Senior management transparency is getting worse
