Strong focus on group consensus, which can lead to slow development times and a lot of time tied up in group meetings.

Everyone in the office was kind and willing to help, which was great as an intern.

Minpunten

I had a very heavy workload and the staff was spread thin while I was there. It's more the fault of bad timing than the office itself though.
