      I've been with Offrs.com since they launched. The founders work hard to foster an energetic and creative culture. Being part of incredible growth, and continual innovation is extremely rewarding. Employees are given room to be creative, grow and contribute. It's gratifying to work with clients to grow their business in a very direct way, and that core philosophy is shared by management.

      Might be a con for some, but this company is full of hard working & smart people and if you prefer to float on by, and collect a paycheck, there is no where to go unnoticed. If you excel given the room to grow and contribute, then it's a slam dunk.

      I was looking to work from home, Rich one of the CEOs of the company worked with me to get me this job. He believes in his people and takes in to consideration thier needs. The work environment is very important in the office. Everyone works as a team, and helps each other. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with this company. Not only am I able to work from home and still feel like apart of the team. I am able to have a good work/ life balance when my son comes in to the world. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. The work load is fair, the pay is good, and all of my coworkers are hard working and willing to help. What more can you ask for.

      Working from home takes away from seeing and getting to know my coworkers better. I'm hoping to get into the office after I have my son. Besides that, I don't have any other cons to the company.
