Pluspunten

This used to be a great organization to work for. They have committed to market evaluations for all positions annually and have had several significant market adjustments for front line associates.

Minpunten

They are losing their way and purpose. Significant emphasis placed on “financial sustainability” and increasing wages- that often times patient safety/ quality are put on back burner. Managers are asked to do more and work life balance is not sustainable. Managers are also usually not in “market adjustment categories” so front line associates with less tenure in the field are out-earning the managers/leaders who are responsible for their work. Significant burnout at manager level- and everything runs to the middle

Many free opportunities to learn and develop yourself as a professional.

Minpunten

Not a lot of room for pay negotiation and require BSN but don't pay more for it.
