There used to be more then you can count, however since MSC "took over,"this is no longer the case. They say One Call and MSC merged, well it's clear that MSC is running the show.
Minpunten
The company doesn't care about the providers or employees they care about the the payers only. They have outsourced so many jobs at this point and have zero control. The only thing it is doing is upsetting the providers as they are being hassled by these reps in India for billing, scheduling, credentialing, medical reports, and information management. Bottom line, it is saving money for the company but eliminating jobs in the states and upsetting the network. They got to big to fast and are trying to merge all business units way to fast and without a clear path. They also used to pay employees what they are worth but have restructured this to be sure all employees across the board are on the same pay structure without taking into account where they are located. They want to pay all on a Florida salary. They also made the bonus on being sure all business units meet their numbers, so if your department has met or exceeded your goals, it won't matter, you won't get a full bonus. The asked the question in FL on how they can prevent turn over.....well, it's clear all of the above isn't helping on top of the constant change in management, coupled with the to many managers working certain divisions, no one feels safe anymore. Managers aren't immersed in the day to day of the teams so they don't know what their employees are facing, because they are in meeting after meeting about another meeting but never looking at the big picture.
