Nice teammates, people are friendly, and will help you out if you need help. Once a year you get to see colleagues who work abroad at a company event.

Minpunten

Low salaries are below Finnish standards and there are almost no benefits. Some positions are very stressful with no work/life balance depending on which team you are on, and the company does not act towards this problem. Very hard to get a promotion internally, the company prefers to hire managers than promote the employees.

I enjoyed working with them and would welcome a chance to come back. There's a good sense of camaraderie and people were patient while i was learning my way around.

Minpunten

Not all processes spelled out so you I had to ask a lot of times for help.

Leadership team is under tremendous pressure from Investors to deliver exponential results and who seems to have no idea how to deliver them other than to exhort staff to "work harder".
