Pluspunten
We have finally become enabled and empowered to do our jobs. Long gone is the culture of "No" driven mentality. The ELT has become a supportive group that wants members to excel at their role and will praise them for doing just that. Comments about the high performer for raise and bonus, makes sense, it was slightly confusing, however its a work in progress. It has created a performance driven culture that is working, those that say it isn't working are the ones that are resistant to change.

Pay indifferences, there is still some gaps to make up. New hires are hitting it, however there is still some catch up for the current staff.
