It's a welcome change because previously there was tons of process which diminished creativity. The new exec team is capable and communicates more with the employees and is invested in their future. Performance is rewarded and that was proof with how the bonuses were provided this year. Those who performed better were rewarded better.

Great product line and customer base. Current CEO has a vision and is working hard to implement properly and orderly.

At times the communication around changes can be lacking and unclear. Not to the point of being destructive but at times the lack of clarity slows things down.
