The company is a joke! They have no idea how to run a business. They are so focused on revenue, yet have no way to efficiently achieve it. In what software company does the Delivery team report to Sales?! ELT changes hands every other month. Each time with a "new strategy" yet they know nothing about what the projects actually take to complete. The company does janky contracts to try nd corner the market, yet doesn't have the resources to deliver. Even more is that the revenue from the contracts is VERY little, especially in comparison to the resources needed to complete it. The company won't make it another year. There is also NO room for growth!

Pluspunten

Working with people who care about the work we do and are genuinely invested in helping each other learn and grow has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve also been fortunate to have a direct manager who is a great leader. Someone who trusts others, encourages development, and allows individuals to take full ownership of their work.

Minpunten

Since One Inc is a fully remote company, it can sometimes be challenging to build personal connections with coworkers beyond day-to-day work interactions.
