-Lack of accountability, communication, and documentation across all levels and divisions within the company (and very much to the company and clients' detriment) -Misguided and undefined direction regarding SOP, service offerings, and daily mission statement of what the company does for its clients; leading to poor project workflow, unnecessarily complicated implementations, and the inability to support properly afterwards -Unclear expectations of duties within team structures, leaving large gaps for large errors to occur -Little follow-through on tasks/goals set by leadership -Loads of employees, leads, and managers from my own team and many others who have "given up" on trying to right the ship and make real improvements -Lack of gratitude from direct leadership when continually put in difficult positions or asked to pull others out of their own difficult situations -Nonsensical restructures, and essentially rebranding employees for jobs/responsibilities they did not originally interview for or skillsets outside of their original qualifications -Lack of real growth potential or technological advances to challenge/improve your skillset; I found myself regressing over time -At times it feels like we're chasing a dollar, while hundreds pass us by
