If u r joining u must have an exit plan. Its a possibility that it will be difficult to find another job after working for 2-3 years here. There are absolutely NO growth opportunities within the company itself. Also, nothing can be learnt here that can help in any form of career growth. No senior people to look up to. No transparency in management. For every complain there is a policy, but not in any documentation. One manager/contact point for the entire engineering staff in Dubai office.
