The day-to-day teams, engineers, and immediate managers are the best part of the job. There are incredibly talented people here who genuinely know what they are doing and work hard to keep things moving.

Disconnect Between Upper Management Decisions and IT Operations There is a frustrating disconnect between executive leadership and the reality on the ground. Upper management frequently pushes forward with flawed strategies and unrealistic commitments, leaving ITO to deal with the fallout. The burden of fixing these poor decisions consistently falls on the technical teams, leading to unnecessary friction and burn out.
