Idk where to start. I just read over 111 reviews of this place before Medicare Works, Health Works, One Digital whatever. They lie and sale dreams. From the recruiters to the managers. No structure within this company. I find it hard to believe anything that this company does is legal. They have you cold calling all day, you have to use personal 15min breaks to use the washroom. Bonuses aren’t paid out on time. You put up 30+ applications just for them to delay paying you out. Transfer agents are Indian, where’s the credibility in that? Furthermore you are scamming and harassing old people. Half of management and founds don’t care because they don’t know anybody whose on Medicaid in real life smh. I’m only here until some else comes up. I wish I would’ve found these reviews earlier. The turnaround rate is horrible there are new folks interviewing daily and I shake myself because they don’t know what they are signing up for. I hope this company gets the legal action against them that they are looking for. Managers are no help, they only care about the bonus they earn with you selling plans. They will manipulate the old, disabled and whoever else. Oh and HR is a joke. It’s 1 woman with the nastiest attitude. They don’t care what you do or how you do it you BETTER make those sales and if you don’t they will listen your calls and ridicule you for not switching a person even if they’re on the BEST plan. So much more to say..

Strong company culture focused on taking care of employees and clients. Excellent place to work, as long as you're willing to put in the time and effort.

Minpunten

Not necessarily a con. Still a relatively young, and growing firm that is building out structure.

The people you meet while working at OneDigital are genuinely great, and I’ve formed several lasting friendships during my time there.

Minpunten

Employees are often treated as numbers rather than individuals, with performance measured by metrics that are frequently outside of their control. Upper management regularly sets or changes performance expectations without effectively communicating those changes to frontline agents, making it difficult to meet evolving standards. Employees are also closely monitored, including being timed when using the restroom. Arriving even one minute late can result in a write-up, while upper management is often able to arrive 5-10 minutes late without consequence. During peak seasons, employees are expected to work 10-hour shifts, six days a week. When business slows, the office closes for two weeks, leaving hourly employees without pay. While there is an opportunity to earn back some of that lost income by working additional hours during peak season, it is not guaranteed. Overall, there is a noticeable disconnect between upper management and the day-to-day realities of the job. Many decisions and expectations do not reflect the challenges employees face in the current market, leaving staff feeling unsupported and undervalued.
