The culture is fast-paced and demanding, but for motivated individuals, the opportunities for growth are outstanding. Initiative is recognised, professional development is encouraged, and high performers can progress quickly. The work is varied, challenging, and genuinely stimulating. On a personal note, while expectations are high, the company also demonstrates real humanity when it matters. During a difficult bereavement, the CEO and wider team showed remarkable empathy and support, which meant a great deal to me at the time.
