4yThe steps that we have taken and continue to take in response to COVID follow CDC and state guidelines to provide a safe environment for our team members and customers. We offered remote work options where we could but COVID-19 impacted our business and we had to close some branches and furlough some of our workforce. We offered assistance to all employees and retained all team members’ health insurance during their furlough. In connection with non-remote operations, we have required and provided masks along with additional PPE to customers and employees, limited capacity in branches, and enforced social distancing.
