Autonomy, people are respectful to one another, work from home, open communication, can create opportunities for yourself, flexible time off policy (do your job, take time off, don't abuse it).

Minpunten

Direction can be ambiguous, people are busy and collaboration time can be limited, contract work so no benefits packages, when looking for growth opportunities you need to create them for yourself.
