Management provided vague and contradictory instructions and feedback, making it difficult to understand what they are looking for in new staff.
Some members of management did not know how to use necessary software and so would overload junior staff with a heavy workload - taking credit when work is done well, and assigning blame when that individual made a mistake due to burn-out or lack of training.
Management would snicker and whisper inappropriate comments about other members of staff, which is classified as bullying.
Little-to-no duty of care when stress, anxiety or family trauma was mentioned either casually or formally. This is made worse by the monitoring of Teams statuses, staff only being allowed a 30 minute lunch break (which was rarely used) and aggressive/passive aggressive management and colleagues.
Promotion freezes for junior staff who had been with the company for nearly 2 years, whist managers received promotion and pay rises.
