-I had excellent leadership in my department who were all about personal development and investing in you. ( I have heard that is not company wide & those amazing leaders have been forced out of the company) -Really great people all over the business, made some good friendships.
Minpunten
- Executive team do not not whats going on in the company -Company moral is down -No females in leadership roles anymore, where is the representation? -Toxic people are hard to fire -A restructure every year where people are made redundant -Expectations vs pay is ridiculous -Sales culture is disgusting, including lettings Sales people get away with soo much because they bring the money in. -Cancelled all motivators including birthday cakes, monthly lunches, department forums etc...to save money but still let the sales department have their monthly lunch. Talk about UNFAIR! If you are thinking of working here and you don't know how good the company used to be with all the perks and representation you might not notice how bad it is. I would advise you though, maybe go somewhere else if you want to develop your career. Executive team won't even acknowledge you in the lifts even though they preach about wanting to know the company. The culture has gotton so bad with anyone who was actually good, leaving because they are underappreciated.
