Pluspunten

Good commission plan, good starting salary. If you don't mind not being trained well and having much support, you can make good money if you are self-motivated.

Minpunten

Lack of leadership, lack of communication between management and employee, lack of qualified requirements in some offices. Mainly work just VMS accounts. Back office is slow getting you answers to questions about benefits and payroll. Commissions are incorrect and need to be double checked. They do more with less.
