Great benefits (salary was excellent and the healthcare was better among the best I have ever had. Opsgility specifically chooses the best plan available for employees. Also I had many 'stretch' opportunities, taking me out of my comfort zone and allowing me to grow so much professionally.

Minpunten

Keeping a balance between work/life was challenging. As a startup, I found myself working a lot of hours. Not all of this was any management expectation, but was just the amount I needed to work to produce the level of results I expected of myself.

EVERYTHING, the big boss is a total $#@$#, constantly changing things with no regard to the employees, will throw tantrums in meetings like a child, speaks to employees like they are idiots...the list goes on and on and on....
