No Pros Just Cons about Optimize Security

Avoid Optimize Security it isn't a good company. New recruits are kept for more than two months without a salary, medical card and work. They're left hungry and have to borrow money from people to buy food inorder to survive. Yet they keep bringing in more recruits every month to come and suffer. The accomodation houses are of poor condition with broken shower heads, broken windows, cockroaches and bed bugs. They don't give out vacations easily after you finish your 2 years contract. Pakistani employees are favoured over all African employees. You're threatened that the Ministry of Labour will always favour the company over you the employee. If you try to complain, you're called to the main office and sent home (Back to your country) Avoid Optimize Security at all costs. Review Written in December 2024.

Salaries were often received on time.

The General Manager conducts very unpofessional behavior with his female staff. Often wanting to control their private lives, including what they do with who in a bid to engage in inappropriate relationships with them. He will harass and retaliate on any female staff that saya no as well as punish any male staff involved in a relationship with female staff that he has his eyes on. In a span of three years he fired 10 female staff after these relationships/harrassment went south. He would show up in the female accomodation with alcohol late at night and want to sit around with the ladies and chat and drink. Worst GM ever.
