Harassment and discrimination based on educational background, ethnicity, nationality, and gender. Lack of access to clean working facilities, particularly in regard to restroom facilities. Access to clean toilets is a basic human right! Projects are boring. Definitely not a good place for those in the early stage of their career. Those need a knowledgeable mentor who behaves appropriately.
