      Optini is a true "innovation hub" where you can look 3-5 years down the road for potential industries to disrupt and then build products to match.

      Minpunten

      It's hard to accomplish the big picture goals with a smaller budget. I think if the team had more resources then better products would come out of it.

      Good salaries packages, flexible working hours. They give you personal devices like laptops and cell phones.

      Late sittings, no work ethics, zero learning and career growth opportunities. No work life balance at all due to flexible timings. Everyone comes when he/she wants.
