Pluspunten
There are 3 teachers to one classroom of 20-24 children. There are a lot of resources from Lakeshore. If taken seriously, everything works together very well (observations, lesson plans, DRDPs, etc). Education Coordinators come and observe several times per month to give pointers n how to improve.
Minpunten
The teachers are expected to do a lot at nap time - particularly cleaning. Head Teachers and Site Directors are required to do a lot of paperwork but are encouraged NOT to leave the classroom to do it which makes it difficult. But it can be done.
