      Career growth paths could be more clearly defined. Some processes are still evolving, so things can get a bit unstructured at times. Internal communication from management could be more frequent and transparent. Recognition programs could be improved to better appreciate employees’ efforts.

      There is no proper training or learning environment for developers. The Java Developer role is misleading, as there is very little actual coding work. Most of the tasks involve manual testing and repetitive copy-paste work. There is no mentorship or technical guidance, which results in no real skill or career growth, especially for freshers. Even after completing more than six months, the promised certificate is not provided. Overall, the work experience does not add real technical value and wastes time for those who want to grow as developers.
