Exit settlements, bonuses, and deductions were not clearly explained, leading to frustration during FnF. Middle management accountability and ownership of decisions could be significantly improved.

This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
