Very social company with nice people in the headquarter. Interesting technology and challenging business

Minpunten

Micro management, not so quality people, lots of young people that grows from the inside company and not so qualified. Low salary for headquarter positions with no development plan.

The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
