Most of the employees left here in the US are able to work from home.

Minpunten

There is no investment from Orange into their employees. They do noting to help further our career, They have continued to pill more work load on the staff that is left and do not give any training. The company has become heavily involved in ITIL. Even though you continue to pass every level of ITIL, the only added benefit, will be to hopefully keep your job. It has gotten so bad.

Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

Minpunten

Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
