Great incentives, good experience, direct relation with the senior management, flexible hours 21 days of vacation, flexible in taking vacations and leaves and great training courses

slow communication, a lot of dummy work, management is not supportive, annual increase is low a lot of tasks are not implemented

The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
