Toxic Management Style (from the top down) that is not receptive to feedback/input, micromanages, and is decision-adverse. As a result, the work is not innovative.
Gave me the toughest work. Frequently cut hours. Manager nickels and dimes your shifts to cut your pay. Promised additional training. Dangled a promotion over me so that I would take the most difficult work but then gave it to slackers.
