Great culture and amazing people! Innovating happens everywhere in the company and not just the product. An absolutely amazing product capable of competing with much larger brands, gives OutSystems leadership positions in its markets.

Not really a con but more of a caution... Very fast paced company, be prepared for change.

cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
