Thank you for sharing your concerns and sorry to hear that our shared salary bands in Portugal are meaningless to you. The goal was exactly the opposite! We want to be transparent and to explain the "why" behind salary decisions. OutSystems offers much more than the compensation package you are eligible to. However, money matters and so here are the things we care about: we care about fairness and work to guarantee that similar contributions make similar money and we care about being competitive (making sure we progressively align our pay with market trends). The People Team is working to build a structure to manage compensation as objectively as possible and a lot of us think we are on the right track.
