Minpunten

- Big culture problems: they really sell the 'great culture' and perks, but expect plenty of fake-nice, self-congratulation, acting PC, cliques and undermining. If you're keen on humility or kindness, look elsewhere. - Immature management - Constantly changing direction

• Great team • Solving a problem that no one has really cracked yet - empowering anyone to design • Strong focus on work-life balance. • High levels of autonomy in product teams and for all staff in general • Remote with Offices in Cape Town and London

• Early stage startup means frequent course-corrections and mistakes and pivots • High level of autonomy is not suited to everyone

- Changing directions/initiatives frequently, based on short term considerations (natural at a start-up though) - Very open communication policy but needs to apply to difficult decisions that are made too
