everyone is nice laid back environment with hardworking people, but no stress fully remote clock out at 5 passionate team

cant think of much besides lower than average pay, but I think it's worth it

DEI is often talked about but never actually implemented. Very big culture of micro-management. Not the right environment for anyone to thrive, especially not someone of color.
